Webinar - It's Not Just You: Understanding the Challenges Faced by POCs in Australian Workplaces | Pay What You Can

Join us for an insightful conversation about navigating mental health as a Person of Colour (POC) in Australian workplaces.

Led by experienced POC Psychologists, Vi Tran (Clinical Psychologist & Coach, The Middle Bridge Project) and Vi-An Nguyen (Organisational Psychologist & Coach, An Tam Coaching & Psychology), this interactive session explores the intersection of work, cultural identity, and well-being through authentic storytelling and evidence-based strategies.

  • Join the conversation: Engage in an open discussion with two culturally responsive psychologists who don’t shy away from tough topics.

  • Take-home resources: Receive a digital handout with reflection tools and community resources to consolidate the discussion.

Navigating Our Pricing: Our Three-Tier Pricing Model

We recognise that finances can be a barrier to learning, and we want to ensure this webinar remains accessible while also fairly compensating our team. To support this, we use a three-tiered pricing model, allowing participants to choose the option that best suits their circumstances.

  • Low-Cost Needs ($0): For those who require financial support. If this option makes it possible for you to attend, we welcome you.

  • Sustainer ($15): Covers the cost of your attendance and supports the sustainability of this work.

  • Pay It Forward ($25): Contributes to covering the costs for someone who would not otherwise be able to attend. If you are in a position to contribute more, this option directly supports community access.

How It Works

  • Simply select the pricing tier that feels most appropriate to you. There is no additional application process

  • If your employer is covering your attendance, we encourage selecting the ‘Pay It Forward’ option.

This model aims to ensure that financial constraints do not prevent access to learning while also valuing the expertise, time, and effort that go into delivering this work. Thank you for your support in making this possible.
